blossomdeary asked: are your daily consumed calories (from food) written down before subtracting calories burned (from exercise) or after??

I don’t subtrack the calories that I burn through exercise from the calories I consume.  I treat them as two seperate things.  I try to eat around 1,500 calories and anything I burn is a bonus.  Hope that makes sense.  xx
